Our first participation was 1993 and 2017 show was the 6th time in total.
In this show, in charge of the Facility & Construction Department, introduced our heat-treatment facilities and peripherals, and designing process of heat-treatment jigs.

We displayed our radiant heater/tube products, which is all designed and manufactured by ourself, and also we proposed heat-treatment facility and peripherals.

We introducd the LED illumination product which exhibit excellent durability in high temperature environment, or environmentally friendly preservative. Also we displayed demonstration machine of "innovative" agitator, effective in the factory floor like painting plant. |

We have introduced three 3D printers for product's shape confirmation and trial production. We produced a trial casting jig from resin model and displayed the jig in the show. We have received many inquiries as the result. |

< Designing Process of Heat-treatment Jig (2) >
We have introduced a 3D scanner since August 2017, to measure deformation data of the customer's used/discarding jig.

< Demonstration of Designing Process >
We carried the CAD system into the show and broadcasted our designing process on the monitor, and produced a trial product by using 3D printer. We also designed a product which is requested from a show visitor.

Although the number of visitors declined, many enthusiastic customers stopped by our booth, and we were able to obtain business opportunities far exceeding our initial expectations.
We will make further efforts to satisfy customers' requirements or expectations.
